Good book about DASH Diet.

Being a health conscious person, I tend to read a lot of books about health, nutrition and diet. So, when I stumbled upon this book, I bought it immediately just by seeing the cover and title. First of all, I knew nothing about DASH Diet. The book has given me a clear concept on that now. Thanks to the author. This book contains some DASH Diet recipes all of which seem very easy to make. I'm definitely going to try few of them myself. The author says that these foods will help to lower blood pressure, lose weight and improve heart's health. As I haven't tried the recipes till now, I can't say surely about that. But, they really seem very promising.

I'm finding helpful information about losing weight for my beloved mother. I saw that this book was free and I purchased it. I heard that DASH diet is a life long well-balanced approach to healthy eating promoted by the National Institutes of Health is based on nutrient- rich whole foods. This book combo has everything I need to have a healthy diet plan. Each of the foods mentioned are easy to cook and deliciously appetizing. the author did a great job.
